HANSOM RESIDENCE

Hansom Drive is a complete remodel of a single family home in the Oakland Hills.

The approach to this project was to create an entirely new layout for the home that consisted of an open concept. This was achieved by opened up lines of sight throughout the interiors to create a spacious flow between the distinct spaces and maximize the amount of daylight to be brought into the space.

The material palette and finishes reflect the modern aesthetic of the newly redesigned layout and help in further brightening the large interior living areas.
